Half way through a meeting this afternoon I clicked. Everyone else in the office cold, me? toasting, almost too warm, my body ached, I was unusually tired but put it down to training, and everything over the past month or so. Then someone mentioned they were off last week with a cold, then the girl that sits next to me started sounding off this afternoon.
I may be coming down with something, but I am determined NOT to get it until after I finish. Since working out that all was not well, I've been on a vitamin c, spirulina juice feast. Normally I would add garlic and I might do that just for tonight, but it plays havoc with my gut, so really the garlic can just be tonight. And plenty of ginger water, oh an lots of fluids, and REST.
I've never trained for a marathon before, I seriously put it down to that. Myabe next time I should be a bit more aware!
