My exercise is fine, excellent I would say. I start camp boot next Monday, and can't wait.
My nutrition on the other hand is, SHITE! My eating whilst generally good, not perfect during the week, goes on major holiday on the weekend. It's because I have no plans on the weekend, I'm generally hardly at home, so I need to start learning to make wise choices on the weekend.
