Like Kate i'm trying to manage the up early every day routine. Although maybe i'll still have Sunday as an unofficial sleep in morning.
On Friday afternoon I managed to leave work a little earlier than usual and got most of my grocery shopping done (I need to go back tomorrow to do some flat top ups, but other than that no need). I came home unpacked things, put washing on, vacuumed, mopped the floors, and did a general tidy up - my wardrobe is still a mess, but no that is still to do. I made some pasta sauce to eat and to freeze. I put the drying on and finally sat down, nice!
This morning I got up early and went to the first spin class of the day at the gym. Then I had coffee with a friend before we headed to ww - I lost 1.2 kgs this week, which I am really happy with. All weeks are not perfect, but this week bar half a kit kat I split with a mate, I was on track both food and exercise wise.
I spent some of today looking for some more of my costume for a house warming I am going to next weekend, and a friend and I went and got some food and sat outside on Oriental Bay and watched the yachts sail out, two grim reapers walk along the beach (yes really), and we both gave a commentary on a small child attempting to make a sandcastle, at least until one of the parents turned around and we were slightly mortified!
My housemates are out tonight, so I have the house to myself. So yeah, I've been grazing on some crackers, oats!, more crackers, perhaps I should have posted earlier. Or not have dinner at 5.30pm!
And now I'm tired! Late night for me!
I contacted the trainer regarding bootcamp, we have arranged for an early morning pt session this week to look at my fitness and he will give me a plan so I can be camp fit by the time it starts in early October. So oddly enough I'm even more aware of what i'm eating now, as I don't want to be hauling any more kgs about early in the morning for 3 times a week for 6 weeks, outside rain hail or shine.
Thank you for all your comments and advice. Sometimes we all need a little push.

Fantastic!!!
Definitely keep Sunday as sleep in day- I find I'm awake earlyish anyway, but I like not having the pressure, and I love creeping out of bed on Sunday mornings to wander to the supermarket, drink coffee and internet :)
