Did you know at the end of March I would have worked out...once, hmm maybe twice, but no more. And I've kind of enjoyed it. But I just can't keep it up, it's bad for my health and not just my weight, I've turned into a bit a grump and that's also been as it has been quite stressful of late. So much going on! No excuse, but I've realised I do need to find more balance in my life. I've spent most of the past few weeks having lunch at my desk almost every single day, it's nuts. And it's not because i'm not able or organised. It's that I can't say no.
Good thing though? Yeah, I interviewed a few weeks back for another job, and success. Something more specialised and intriguing! Success at last. I can say that now, because I resigned this morning, and I'm so looking forward in just over two weeks to having a week of relax with gym, yoga, a new work wardrobe, running and movies. I can't wait!
I'm also keen to do some events during winter along with my half marathon. More running, may find a running club, need to find a swim club, because my squad now finishes too late for me to be at work on time, unless I sprint :-( And Yoga, yoga will make it back into my life.
Anything else I should add?
