New job is super busy, I will make time for reading and commenting asap! But before I head off again, below is my new training plan! Keeping in mind I'm in training for my first half marathon :-)
Monday weight training (am) yoga (pm)
Tuesday run (am) boxing (pm)
Wednesday xtraining (am) yoga (pm)
Thursday run (am)
Friday weight training (pm)
Saturday REST DAY!
Sunday long run (am)

YAY you kept the yoga! Good luck with it all hon and hopefully having a plan will make it easier to manage with work, play and everything else in your life. That's why I do my monthly lists...it really keeps me on track.
