The week that was...

I've had a pretty easy rest week, you know, resting. I'm back at the gym tomorrow, just stretching out on the foam roller - no medium-high impact workouts for another week or two. So for now it will just be foam roller, stretching, swimming, yoga, and some weight sessions. My legs whilst not sore anymore, are still quite tired, it's hard to explain.
I also had a 90 minute massage on friday, painful, but good. I need to start taking magnesium, and start soaking in epsom salts regularly. All in all, given I ran a marathon a week ago (I still can't believe it!) I feel pretty good.
