With my last weigh in for the month of January today, it hasn't really gone to plan.
Not tracking consistently at all.
Not enough water.
Sneaky snacks, that are not that sneaky.
Emotional eating, oh yeah, I do it. But I don't mega binge anymore, thank goodness!
Not exercising enough...10 workouts in Jan, ummm hello!
February is kick my arse month, track or perish!
I have to up to anti with the exercise, little boot starts on Monday, and I have a fun run toward the end of the month.
I'm planning on saving points this coming week due to a mega two day event coming up next weekend.
This was last years costume...
