I have been trying to stave off a flu or flu type thing for almost ten days now.
Not happy!
Normally when I start having some symptoms, I'll drink plenty of spirulina from these funky dudes, and I'm sorted. This time though, I think I need to try something with that.
Do you have a tried and trust flu/cold/stupid immune system remedy?
